newbie and wannabe self builder located in the Surrey Hills area. Have always looked at the site for info and now taking the plunge in becoming a member as we get closer to doing renovation on a new property.

Gonna take you eight years to do up a bathroom like @Onoff then? Did you mean a recently new-built property, or a property new to you?

Hello guys.

 

Property new to me. rear extensions and renovation the key works to be done. All bathrooms to be modernised, will have to be done in 8 months if I’m to keep the Doris happy.
