Sliding glass block door in a glass block wall?

Does anybody in the U.K. make or produce sliding glass block doors? I’ve found one company, but unfortunately they’re in Australia! Something along the lines of this but for internal usage?

 

Any other options or suggestions?

Double glazing unit using patterned glass and Georgian style dividers between the panes. If they are using blocks I can see then having real issues with cracking and movement at the joints.
