I had a video call with the poor one armed chap. Explained my concerns. We agreed an action plan, and a day later he’s already in breach of the action plan. I kicked up a fuss and then his wife reminded me that he only just out of hospital. We agreed another action plan with the deliverable that was due yesterday now due on Monday.
