More planning Woes

Each time we satisfy this particular planners request She  comes up with something else

Now she wants us to grade the former agricultural land To check if it isnt high grade cropping land

I told her while the field is still agricultural

The two plots have been deemed infill when planning in principle was granted

Ive tried to avoid requesting her to be removed But I think we have reached that point now

Yes it beggars belief.  THAT was a question to ask when the PIP application was in progress and should have been settled.

I would get sarcastic and ask "what would you do if it was good agricultural land

Unlikely with Boulder clay

But I’ve already asked that

Our ethology report has come back and said moderate at best

and pointed out there are no crop fields in the locality

But as you say Dave It should have been picked up with PP 12 months ago

Can they really insist on soil samples

at this stage

Really pleased if that is all sorted !!! And your grade is 3 at best, mildly acidic clayey loam, suitable for grass and grazing…. ?

Hope it all comes through on Monday !
