ash_scotland88 Posted January 6, 2022 Posted January 6, 2022 So not even got plans drawn yet for the ensuite but noticed b&q have the shower we want for sale and with the Mira cashback it's £100/third off. Is it crazy to buy one without having a means to test?
SuperJohnG Posted January 6, 2022 Posted January 6, 2022 Madness. There are lots...and lots of things to spend money on before that. There will be other sales....by the time you build if you haven't even got plans drawn up.
ash_scotland88 Posted January 6, 2022 Author Posted January 6, 2022 I just need to pull my finger out and do them. But yeah, suppose your right. Build costs may prohibit it within this year.
JohnMo Posted January 6, 2022 Posted January 6, 2022 We bought everything in sales, saved a small fortune, not had any issues. Most bought when we were at foundation stage, some before that (pre lockdown sales at start of COVID). But to this you need to know what you want and where it goes - but then don't change, over wise you'll have a lot of stuff that no use to you.
dpmiller Posted January 6, 2022 Posted January 6, 2022 do it if you really want it. And if that changes in the interim, sell it again...
