Tooled up
Hello guys, Newbie here - am about to assemble a SIPs kit garden room and I need to wrap it before cladding.... Shall I use a 1.2metre wide roll x 2 or a 2.7m wide roll? I know the wider one will be quite unwieldy but is there a benefit to have less joins? Thanks a lot

JohnMo
How many people installing, one person can do the narrow stuff, but two is better. The wide stuff, is just wide and more difficult, I went for narrow, because it was more manageable.
Dave Jones
really doesn't matter overlap by 150 (its marked on the rolls) and its fine.
Bozza
Go for the smaller width. far easier. Being windproof, it acts like a sail if you even have a slight wind. Don’t faff around with cheap staplers, get a decent one. I made the mistake of doing mine when it was windy, attempting to do it myself, with a crappy stapler. Paragliding is probably a lot of fun, but not when you don’t intend to do so.
