Carrerahill
I would use fire rated penetration seal. Google fire sealing penetrations and you will get plenty of examples of products and methods to use. Mortar would work but might be a bit permanent and difficult to break out without damaging services if repairs or upgrades are needed. The stuff we spec is envirograf.
nod
It shouldn’t really mater If you are concerned you could up rate the plasterboard To one hour protection What ever you put around the plastic pipes won’t hold a fire back It will simply melt the pipes Better stopping any potential fire getting in there
TonyT
Depending on skill level. shutter and pour concrete around pipes. remove shutter, bead of fire foam around perimeter ceiling/wall if required. you get rock wool coated with intumescent sealant that lets you seal risers, cut to shape and sealed with intumescent sealer. lots of options
