Concerns over Flashing between old house and new extension

Hi all, I would really like to hear your thoughts on the work that my builder has done on the flat roof element of the extension and the flashing in to the original house.   As you can see no render has been taken off and we have had leaks coming through the channels left by the original conservatory.  In addition the job done on the flashing looks horrendous - would appreciate peoples thoughts so I can have a well informed discussion with the builder.  Pictures attached

UGLY! And looks to have been leaking. What is that stuff under the lead and how far does it go up behind the lead?

It is a proper edpm rubber that goes under the leading and glued to the backboard

The coping stone must be going to leak, no flashing , no seal, looks like no drip either.

I have done a fair bit of roofing with EPDM in my time. That roof is a joke. If it ain't leaking now, it will be in a year. You should not be paying for that. That is a typical builder (who have no clue) doing roofing...

Sorry, but it looks like it's been done in the dark, with chewing gum, by a 4 year old.  If they've done that sort of job where you can see it, I'd be concerned about what you can't see.

Absolutely horrendous, as others say if that’s what you can see god only knows what been done below……..
