nod
Whilst waiting for the full planning to go through We’ve decided to get a Water supply The chap I spoke to suggested a Temporary -Permanent supply Surprisingly he told me they would fit a boundary box Which I could run a standpipe to No charge for the water Until SIX months Probably not long enough I wondered should I be going about this differently What have others on here done ? Thedreamer
We paid for 'building water' on our connection charge, lasted about five years. Water is collected with your council tax here, so no council tax, no water bill.
LA3222
I paid for a connection 3yrs ago now, been living in the van for 2.5yrs, no bills. Water board bloke turned up today looking for our meter?♂️ Thought it was winner winner, chicken dinner with free water/sewage. When we had the connection and rang up for bill they told us we were registered as commercial, commercial people said domestic, after some to and froing actually trying to pay a bill we gave up. Looks like the piper now wants paying!
