BAT Loft

Hi All

 

We have a condition to install a BAT loft.

 

It has to be 5x4x2 under a tiled roof.

 

I wonder if anyone has experience of building up this type of thing and tips to ensure we get it right / don't fall foul of the rules !

Don't place the box where we did in the house before last, install it  next to a roof-space office. They chatter like -  well -  like bats.  On a phone call, people could hear them chattering.
