LA3222 Posted September 3, 2021 Share Posted September 3, 2021 This may seem a daft question but I need a sanity check! Bought a 100l buffer tank. It's git two connections near top, two near bottom. Now, clearly warm water rises so, UFH flow from a top connection, return into a bottom one. ASHP flow into top connection and return from the bottom? joe90 Posted September 3, 2021 Share Posted September 3, 2021 Does your buffer tank not have a coil?, connections fir these would be on the side and connected to your ASHP, connection on the very top is output to UFH manifold, side connection near the bottom is the return from that manifold.
