Aluminium window cost.......

Hello 

 

We are refurbing a small house and want to fit aluminium windows.

 

Total of seven windows, front and back doors. 

 

Can anyone tell me what I would expect to pay for a something like this, just the window no fitting.

 

187cm wide x 115cm height

 

Double glazed  

 

Anthracite grey RAL 7016 

 

Trickle vent

this is one from a quote i received, for a similar sized window no fitting, these weren't the cheapest company, but the only one that itemised the cost of each.

So that is about £400/m2 + vat, and you can apply that to all the windows for a first estimate.

Seems a decent price if the quality is good.

The company that i am probably going to go for is 16 windows and 2 bi-folds, is £394 per m2 + VAT.

 

That is with 6.8mm lam x 18mm Argon Gas x 4mm float.
