NHBC CERTIFICATE?

We’ve just started our new build with our brickie just up to DPC. 

 

Could anyone advise us regading a NHBC certificate and who we contact to obtain one please?

 

Also, who have you used to obtain one for your new build?

So if you’re talking about a warranty then you may be too late to get one for the build as you have to get inspections on all elements including the foundations. If you need a warranty for mortgage reasons you may have to buy one retrospectively which will probably cost more.

Try asking your Building Control Officer if they offer warranties as presumably  he has already done inspections?

nhbc are the most expensivve, get a price from ICW and ADV
