Jackthetrowel
Been to look at a garden wall. It’s only a year old. Only 2m long and 2m high. It’s butted up to side of a garage. The expansion joint as spread to about 20mm from 10mm. I’ve dug down to inspect the foundation. It’s about 600 deep and sitting on the edge of garage footing. There is only 50mm spread either side and wall stops dead on end of footing at other end. I’m thinking best waY to fix twould be to dig along the length down to bottom concrete and dowel and rebar then re concrete to help spread the weight. Do you think that be best Edited July 19, 2020 by Jackthetrowel
Russell griffiths
If it’s settled, is it going to go any further, might have gone as far as it’s going.
