Water
Hi, I know its not easy to say but it would be great to get at least some idea, I have a quote to the watertight stage of the build which is 65% of the total build costs and equates to £1,375 per sqft. The build will be to a standard spec nothing expensive and no great challenges in the build,

nod
That’s high for a 100m2 I was similar for 283m2 plus two detached garages Block and beam on the house slate roof sash windows While I did the roof slating windows myself The slates where 5 k windows 18 k Ground wasn’t good 50k just to get the foundations in and muck away It would be worth getting several quotes Looks like there a high labour charge in there
