Joe Posted March 4, 2020 Share Posted March 4, 2020 Hi all, I’m working with my architect to finalise the design of my new house and I’d like to construct with ICF because of the many benefits. I’ve liaised with a number of ICF suppliers but I’m finding it difficult to find ICF builders. I won’t be self building, I’d like to, but I just don’t have the time. My house will be on a flat plot with good access, it’ll have 2 storeys (no basement), hollow core first floor, with a hipped roof and the ground floor area will be around 2200 sq ft. i just need the shell to be built (insulated slab, walls, floor, roof) as I’ll source the windows, doors and internals etc myself. SiBee Posted March 4, 2020 Share Posted March 4, 2020 Hi Joe, have you spoken to ICF suppliers? they could point you in the right direction. We liked Jackon and the supplies and UK office are based less than 10 miles from us. They told us a few local builders and a couple of local builds. I am sure the other suppliers would do the same.
