Hi all, I’m working with my architect to finalise the design of my new house and I’d like to construct with ICF because of the many benefits. I’ve liaised with a number of ICF suppliers but I’m finding it difficult to find ICF builders. I won’t be self building, I’d like to, but I just don’t have the time. My house will be on a flat plot with good access, it’ll have 2 storeys (no basement), hollow core first floor, with a hipped roof and the ground floor area will be around 2200 sq ft. i just need the shell to be built (insulated slab, walls, floor, roof) as I’ll source the windows, doors and internals etc myself. Can anyone recommend good, experienced and reliable ICF builders, close to the Surrey area. Many thanks, JD
