Cutter for plastic pipe

I need to cut the blue MDPE (25mm) pipe ready for mains connections, and know that when I get round to putting down UFH pipe, that I'll also need a pipe cutter for this plastic pipe.

 

Does anyone have any recommendations for one to buy - don't need top of the range but something that will last for a single house build

Screwfix do a Rothenberger one for about £12. Does pretty much all the normal sizes.

Rocut shears are great but watch your skin as they can pinch the pad of your hand and give you a nice blood blister ... ask me how I know ...!!

Got two from Screwfix. One posh Rothenberger and the other their own brand. One's red, one's blue, look identical to me and do the same job.
