HEP: distance between clips ?

Laying HEP Pipe between POSI joists today.

Both 22 and 15. How frequently should the pipe be clipped to the joists please? Every meter or so?

It says every 300mm but I went every 800mm after discussing it with my plumber.

Are they insulated?

i would avoid too much contact with the metal in the pozi joist, I know they have rounded edges but I would still try and avoid contact in case of vibration and wear on the plastic.
