SamuelBombero
Good morning, I am planning on extending an existing single dormer into a double, the dormer is on the front elevation. I am aware that a new dormer on a front elevation would require full planning, however as I am extending an existing dormer is this something that I may be able to do under permitted development? Has anyone done this? I am wondering if it is worth submitting the plans for pre-app advice but if I definitely require full planning there may be little point.
