Rather than fill the form in a rang our local office and asked would an email be ok To my surprise

They said Sure send us a screenshot of your community charge and self-build mortgage

More build warrantee

I emailed through and that was that

My exact question

I new my 2800 was well  spent

I sleep better at night knowing I’ve got that scrap of paper

The annoying thing is

If we where to sell The buyer would feel reassured with our worthless warrantee

You can use an approved VAT reclaim. The issue with that is the timing.
