  1. Yep I’m certain
  2. Hi Dave, what’s the problem you have? Im a renderer and apply a lot of baumit products, maybe I could give you some advice?
  3. That’s monocouche that’s been beaded into quoins, it’s not thin coat render. What’s happened is the render had delaminated from the substrate, if you have a small overhang from a roofline or as you say a leaking gutter chances are you’ve had water ingress and after a few frosts delamination has started and this is where you are now.
  4. 1day per mm, assuming dry conditions
  5. Just fix the board to the timber reveal and foam fill. Personally I’d be more bothered about beading the reveal and getting your edges down to repaint, how come you didn’t wait until the windows were fitted to do the inside?
  6. The insulation wasn’t the reason for grenfell, there was no intumescent firebreaks between the cladding and the structure which then acted like a cavity so the fire went straight up between the two. The fire breaks should have been horizontal between every floor on the building and vertical between dwellings.
  7. Depends what type of house it is, ie timber frame, sips or block?
  8. If you post a pic up I can give you some advice, but if it’s a new house I would say it’s monocouche roughcast not pebble dash. Plus if it’s fairly new will probably cause more damage removing as it will still have a strong bond to the substrate
  9. Se???
