I have just done a 100mm core directly below a I beam pocket. Very happy with quality of concrete esp below a pocket. Happy chap today??

I had a slight cock up with our last pour and forgot a beam pocket, so had to chip it out with a small breaker

i was very surprised how hard and how long it took, absolutely solid, I did use c35 throughout though.

What’s with the stud wall ? Are you lining out the inside with stud work.

There is actually a few inches between the wood and the eps. We have a few pipes to run through there but to be honest we have more stud work on the icf than expected just to hide stuff as concealed blinds etc.
