pritch
Hi I need to route my pipes through some tricky areas to get back to my manifold for my new extension. The ufh pipe I've used before is quite rigid and I think I may struggle. Is there anything on the market that has similar flexibility to a garden hose ? I'm sure I've seen something similar being used on a house building program but I can't seem to find anything. Thanks
A_L
Search for 'polybutylene pipe', JG Speedfit/Hep2O and others, very flexible. Oh! and welcome! Edited January 21, 2019 by A_L add second line
Nickfromwales
Hi and welcome. Beware over bending this pipe as when heated it will lose a bit of its rigidity and may subsequently kink. Check with the various manufacturers about the minimum bending radius and keep to that. Get an off cut and practice bending / forming bends to see how tolerant the pipe is to ascertain how far you can go with it.
willbish
This stuff claims to be ultra flexible. Not sure what its make up is. Im looking for something I can use on first floor and weave between posi-joists.
