Peter3
Hello. Am seeking independent confirmation on the following please. Planning Permission no longer required, to open pave over or to gravel over a garden to provide parking spaces. Can anyone please confirm what piece of legislation introduced this and on what date? Thank you Pete.
Mr Punter
See https://www.planningportal.co.uk/info/200130/common_projects/45/paving_your_front_garden Should be fine. Mostly drainage, dropped kerb and footway crossover as issues.
newhome
Seems to only be required if you are using an impermeable surface. https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/permeable-surfacing-of-front-gardens-guidance
