new self builder here from South Wales, Currently we are at the early stages of groundworks so still a lot to do!

Thanks, nothing out of the ordinary a fairly simple 3 story timber frame build (room in roof).

after browsing the forum for weeks, im currently exploring ways of improving the current planned building regs compliant insulation/airtightness without blowing our already tight budget ?

Its all part of the fun it would seem!
