Patrick
Good news. They are starting to build them by councils as well. Bristol done some . A real progress.
lizzie
There is a small development of passive houses - social housing - near me. Finished in the summer they have just won the national award. Princess Anne went and did a visit recently. Lady who makes special occasion cakes for me has moved into one. Its lovely no cold spots, mvhr working well and its nice and warm - seems a high standard on build quality. They built the whole development (about 12 houses I think) in a quarter of the time it took us to build our one little bungalow.
