Chuffed with velux windows

Just some info that may be useful to someone.

Went up to the new house. It was absolutely bucketing down, torrential.

It was the first real test of the floor to ceiling velux windows in the bedrooms.

I couldn't believe how quiet it was.

We have a velux windows in our cottage, they are very noisy in heavy rain.

Well worth the extra for triple glazing & noise reduction.

We have a triple glazed Velux window in a very inaccessible location that's become locked shut. The Velux customer support has been so fantastic (both for this and an installation query/issue) that I wouldn't even look at alternative suppliers if I needed anything like this again

And for everyone else, having had the privilege of seeing those windows in person at an earlier stage of Moira's build, I can confirm that those windows really are rather wonderful.
