Hi there, does anyone have any guidance on how to use this UFH set up?? We moved in recently and I cannot figure out how to make it work. At the moment it is set up to come on at certain times of day and that's working great in some rooms but other rooms are completely cold at all times (including our toddler's room and baby nursery 🫠) and I don't know why!! I have contacted Unipipe to try and get a manual but they were hacked and have lost their historic manuals but I think it's somehow set up that only certain rooms (zones) are turned on. Any help hugely appreciated!!

The top rail of the manifold has flow meters which show litres per minute per loop.

When running, can you see these moving and what do they show?

The hope would be that the ones for the rooms not heating up would show no flow, meaning you have airlocks or a poorly balanced setup that needs tweaking.

The worst outcome may be that the actuators on the bottom rail have snuffed it and are no longer opening the loops to the affected rooms.

Any info on the first question re the flow of water would be a good place to start.

I can't tell from the photo,  Are the row of lights top left on the Unipipe box all light up, or is that just the reflection of the camera flash?

What you should see is when the heating is on, and the room thermostats are turned up calling for heat is those lights will light up, and the corresponding actuators on the bottom row will be energised.

Since there are only 6 actuators, I would expect only the first 6 of the lights on top left to me light up, the others not in use, which is why I think it is camera flash reflection making them look illuminated.
