Jothetaxi Posted Wednesday at 12:02 Posted Wednesday at 12:02 (edited) It would be interesting to get views on this.. Our contractor has sent us a bill for plumbing costs in our bathrooms. The contractor has increased the price of this of this after undertaking the plumbing work for our bathrooms. They have outlined the following reasons: The inclusion of integrated taps, integrated cistern systems with wall hung WC would not have been considered standard bathroom furniture. Does this seem reasonable? Thank you Edited Wednesday at 12:03 by Jothetaxi
crispy_wafer Posted Wednesday at 12:43 Posted Wednesday at 12:43 possibly yes, certainly integrated cisterns and wall hung do require a touch more labour and faff to get right.
Indy Posted Wednesday at 13:57 Posted Wednesday at 13:57 Probably should have been made clear in your discussions re the work, our builder made it clear that there is extra labour and some fittings needed for wall hung/concealed stuff and the end price would be higher.
