Conservatory roof double glazed unit replacement

Hi

Apologies if this is not the right forum to ask this question.

I have a glass roofed conservatory with a damaged double glazed unit.  I'm struggling to find a replacement unit due to its size - approx. 360cm x 65cm. I've been told that they are not made anymore. 

Does anyone know of a glazing manufacturer that might be able to make a replacement unit for me.  I'm guessing it might be a bespoke job.
