Just wondering what to do here in these gaps?

Hello, so finally getting the floor down, it's spc (ok not going right up to them will leave a space). So trimming the blue and will use the black paint on the join of the walls but wondering about these gaps? Thinking of just stuffing mushed up PIR down them. What do you think?

What's below that screed? A concrete slab?

If you're sure not chance of water ingress and it's already air tight, then just fill with expanding foam or your PIR solution as it's not going to to be a heavy foot traffic area 🙂
