Electricity supply.

I have an existing 3 phase electricity supply to my existing crappy bungalow. Only one head is metered. The other two are live, but unused.  If i obtain permission for two houses, would anybody have any idea if i would be able to have the supply split. Ie; One phase to each property ?

The supply is just the other side of the front boundary ditch. About 2 meters maximum to the boundary. The other obtion is a new supply. Any rough idea of supply costs these days ?

You've pretty much just described my install...  1ph to crappy bungalow, 1ph to new build, 1ph unused, but it will be a big garage with living space above.

 

I guess it comes down to metering and the properties are they staying in your name, or are you looking to sell one?

I will be looking to sell One. I was wondering if i could have the 3 phase supply split ? A meter to each supply ?

Split the supply should be the cheapest option.  The DNO should do a free visit and let you know.  You may only get 60A per phase.  Bear in mind PV and EV future demands.

I wonder what my cost would be for a new 3 phase whilst retaining the old One would be ? 3 phase to each house would be nice.
