Brick matching

We are in the process of picking the brick for our new build. We have found exactly what we want on a selection of newly built homes on a nearby development - see attached.

But we are struggling to identify what brick they've used. I've tried the brick matching service on a few different websites and chat GPT - they've come up with some good suggestions but I don't feel they've found a perfect match. 

Anyone happen to recgonise it? Or have any other suggestions for matching it?

If someone doesn't recognise them can you identify them from the planning permission?

I knocked on the door of a new built house I liked and asked the owner.

They had a folder with all the details of the build in it. They were really pleased to talk about their new house.
