where is your planning officer based?

Iwas speaking to 2 people in my area and to my suprise the first one told me his planning officer was in belfast 

 

the second one even better his officer is in ATHENS  greece 

just shows howeverything id odne by email adn how short of planning officers some areas are

My site is in North East Lincs whereas my case officer lived and worked in Devon. No site visit, she relied on photo's of the site taken by a local officer.

It varies… office or home based. I haven’t come across any of my PO’s that will not visit their sites prior to putting forward their recommendation.
