Anyone have a template CEMP?

Bizarre request given our build is a self build and I'll be projecting managing and only hiring trades when required.  Reluctant to shell out more money for some pointless report and was hoping someone could post a link or send me their one and I can tweak accordingly.

But all the example ones are for huge infrastructure projects.  I'm only building a house.  I suspect they've requested it because I spent three days breaking up 200m2 of concrete with a pecker, on the previous planning grant, before conditions were signed off.  On reflection I could have got my wrists slapped.

@flanagaj looking for a template myself, here is a CEMP I found on the council planning site that a self builder had submitted, should be a useful starting point.
