I turned off 'This Cultural Life' to listen to you.

 

Now, I was having a coffee in Burton on the Water this morning on the way up to visit my Mother.

As I was sitting on the Coronation Bench (used to be the Queen's Bench) under the sign, by the bridge, over the river Windrush.

This one.

There was a drake on top of a hen.

That really was 'flattening the duck'.

Nearly drowned the (expletive deleted)er.
