Triassic Posted February 24 Posted February 24 I need to hire a thermal imaging camera, Has anyone got any recommendations ?
Mike Posted February 24 Posted February 24 A Thermal Master P2 is currently heading my way. https://thermalmaster.com/products/thermal-master-p2
Triassic Posted February 24 Author Posted February 24 At that price its nearly as cheap to buy one than to hire one.
Triassic Posted February 24 Author Posted February 24 Looking online there is now a good range of these smart phone plug in IR units. What attracted you to this one? 1 hour ago, Mike said: A Thermal Master P2 is currently heading my way. https://thermalmaster.com/products/thermal-master-p2

[Thermal Master P2] It comes out ahead in the reviews I read & viewed - resolution, image quality, refresh rate, temperature accuracy, etc., and has a decent app that probably wasn't knocked up by a student. That and the price - don't miss the discount! Edited February 24 by Mike

Triassic Posted March 12 Author Posted March 12 I finally got round to ordering one. Before I do, i see its Android, if that right? Or do they do an iPhone version?

BTW, there's a choice of 2 different Android apps - 'Thermal Master' (the default), and 'Temp Master' by Raysen Microsystem Technology (similar logo, same company, different trading name, AIUI). I'm using the latter as it requires fewer permissions - just camera, photo, video). 1
