Pocster Posted February 9 Posted February 9 I always treat Sunday as a “ do simple diy tasks “ on the build . Remove that tape that’s been on the window frames for x years . Will it come off ? Will it (expletive deleted) wd 40 , etc etc Its plastic tape that’s seems to have broken down and just comes off in tiny pieces - no big long satisfying strip that pulls off Last resort . Outside with swmbo’s hairdryer on it . It works . But that section has taken me 30 minutes . At least the sound of the hair dryer blocks out my swearing …
SteamyTea Posted February 9 Posted February 9 Try methylated spirit. Might not get the adhesive off, but you can drink it like a Montpellier bum. 1
