Rodent Barrier Suppliers

The stainless steel wire wool rodent barrier located behind the base of my larch cladding, turned out not to be stainless at all and has started to rust and fall out. Can anyone suggest a supplier of  1” wide stainless steel wire wool, so that I can replace the rotten stuff?

Not such a silly suggestion this.....I was turning some stainless steel a while back thinking the swarf produced would be ideal for stuffing into gaps. Any local machine shops near you?

I've got a roll of stainless steel wire wool you're welcome to, but it's IIRC about 150mm wide. I just unrolled a length cut it and rolled it into a sausage shape to put behind my cladding. Trouble is I'm about as far from you as it is possible to be in England.

Clearly the stuff I bought on EBay wasnt stainless steel wool, so I’ll avoid that partucula4 suppliers n future.

I bought mine from Merlin Motorsport, it's used in racing car exhausts. If you want I'll send you what I've got, just PM me with your address.
