I know a lot depends on spec etc, but I would appreciate a rough guess from those in the know. thanks Col

Dig trenches. 1 day? Pour concrete 1 day Block or brick walls 2 days. Stone base 1 day Concrete slab 1 day Clear up and leave. 1 day 1 day float Does that sound right? 10 days x 2 men at £250 = £5k. Materials about £4k Add 20% for overheads About £11k Add 20% vat. 13k More if tricky access, biggish firm , anything you havent mentioned, drains, insulation if required, London or SE. Co1 Posted Sunday at 11:20 Author Share Posted Sunday at 11:20 Thanks. The first is a porch, only 2x2. Ground is currently a concrete path for the first meter, then gravel. You can get to the whole thing with a mini digger. Second is 4x4, currently a conservatory with a suspended floor and patio area. Again, full access with a digger.
