bespoke internal aluminum doors

Completed a self build around 4 years ago - very open plan but finally concluded we need some internal doors for sound proofing

we are yorkshire based, can anyone recommend cost effective supplier for bespoke internal aluminum doors - I've enquired with marlin but cost came in at £1.8k just for one door.

Looking for spec as below , any advice welcome

we looked in to crittle style doors and glazing for internal but it was super expensive so we didn't bother! but the open plan kitchen does allow a lot of noise out to the rest of the house because of it.

Something I'm looking at too, so far I've landed at about £1100 for a single custom sized door.  Vufold I think it was, no idea if they are good/bad/in the middle.  That's as far as I have got, so will delve deeper and find others when the time comes.

Smart Alitherm do a version of their Crittal style heritage doors for internal use called AluSpace, the frames match the external french doors.

We went direct with our local Smart fabricator, but I would be surprised if you can get 1 door much cheaper than £1200. 
 

A lot of the Smart System products are branded by a lot of other vendors. If you want a photo, let me know.
