I’ve just discovered the possibility of airtight paint.

The conversion we did didn’t do a brilliant job at air tightness, so can I redecorate with an airtight paint to improve things? Or have I misunderstood?

Can anyone recommend a specific product?

It's for covering small areas that are difficult to tape or membrane, not painting rooms. It's more like a liquid rubber.

Soudatight dries like stretchy paper, paints over easy enough, but the fibres that are in it to give it strength tend to clump together, and you can see it through the paint, not the end of the world but if your after a good finish

Hopefully no worse than the hairline cracks at the wall/ceiling where I visualise all the humid air might go 😂
