JohnMo
A heat pump cylinder is around the 32kW rating in the same conditions. So 50% or so bigger.

Would it financially worth changing for me? I’m planning on moving it next year to free some space up in the garage.

Normally starts at 3000w the drops to 2400w until it’s up to temperatures. I probably won’t recover the cost of a bigger coil cylinder for ten years?
