Hello from northern Italy

Hi everyone ,my name is frank,originally from germany,58 years old optical technician with 1 semester electrotechnics.I have been living in GB,east sussex for 12 years before returning to Germany ,ehen my mum died and then moved to italy with my partner.We opened an optician shop where I work as a technician .We are moulding our own lenses with liquid plastic which gets uv hardened ...I started pv with a little backup system,as we have got a wooden kitchen stove and the Italian grid is famous for its long lasting blackouts.I have now got a 2 string 8.5 kw solar power system which feeds an italian made Delios inverter and a diy 34 kw lifepo4 bank.I love walking in the mount with my dog enjoying a rather settled down live with my partner,having to got known some 27 years....Thanks for having me here and sharing some interesting views 🙏❤️

I used to do the same, but for point of sale displays.

Hi Frank, Been looking for someone with a Delios inverter mine is a dls 600 and has failed. Delios has been in administration for about 2 years from what i can make out and my inverter has gone dead no display so no access to the programme. Think the monitoring software was pulled last week just wondered if you had an issue with yours and indeed if you still have monitoring by Delios. The agent here in the UK pullled out a couple of years ago so no support and I still have  2.5 months left on its warranty.

No probs blowing the dust off as every bit of additional info is of value, just in case you were hoping for some immediate feedback.

 

This looks like it’s time for a new inverter from a more robust manufacturer.
