Had a druggie alcoholic tenant run off . Been clearing his room - real nice .

Many finds from saxophone to iPads .

 

Found this motherboard . It is brand new - only unwrapped by me .

 

Anyone care to identify and specifically its value ? . Happy to sell to someone on here - need the dosh thanks to Labour !

Yeah I kind of did that . So the motherboard isn’t worth a lot - but it has an i5 . You wanna buy it ? 😊
