Actual vs nominal door lining depth

I have got a pile of door linings of 32mm depth, with the words “nom 27mm” on them.

 

Are these suitable for hanging FD30 fire doors/meeting building regs? I know that I should be fitting 32mm linings, but not sure if that is 32mm nom or 27mm nom.

Did you get an answer? 

Such wood is sold with its pre-planed dimensions. After planing it is less, so 32mm becomes 27mm when you measure it.

Do the ones you have feature the rebate for the intumescent strips to be loaded into?

A quick scan online says 32-38mm, but nowhere does it say less.

 

Best to consult the BCO who will be signing these off tbh

@Omnibuswoman, if these are the ones I saw the other day, they are not FD door linings, which should look like this example from Howdens

BTW, I dont think you need FD anywhere. Where do you think one is going?
