No and it should have been discussed with you prior to supplying the door, especially if they weren’t able to sit it further below the ffl, as better options exist.

 

This is a conversation they should have had with you, it is their responsibility as the supplier.

Did they supply you with drawings after they had measured up?

I had vertical and horizontal section drawings.
