ICF Render

Has anyone used BDV Silicone Render for ICF?

I'm based in Ireland so options are limited but trying to decide whether I buy in EWI from NI or get this BDV locally

Find a plasterer first whose experienced with thin coat render systems and take it from there. Ours preferred to use Sto, so we went with that, are are happy with it. He's crossmaglen based and travels.

Never heard of it 

Why not use one of the big three and get the backup should things go wrong They all look the same once finished

Thanks, I'm guessing you meant EWI and Baumit, who would be the 3rd?

EWI, Baumit, K-Rend, Sto.

 

Like @Conor said, find a plaster first that has done EWI or ICF silicone render. 
 

I had an EWI branch near me, so I asked them for some local recommendations.

Webber etc

Use a specialist render company 

Plasters are ok But can be a bit rough
