They are really quite fascinating. When I was a lad I applied for a job in a place that made bearings. Most of them relied on adhesive to hold the asbestos in place.

One day I intend to test out an idea I had 50 or so years ago about a cast bearing.

Thank you.

I enjoyed it and which they could do a more in depth series, but accept that it is rather niche.

 

Another good one is In Their Element

Has Andrea Sella in it, and he is a bit bonkers, but a brilliant science communicator.

This RI lecture about Rare Earth Elements is just brilliant.
